Hi, I’m Amanda

(Though some call me Mandi!)

I live in the vibrant desert of Arizona with my Husband and our English Bulldog, Aponi. I am a Certified Holistic Health, Life and Nutrition Coach. I am also a RYT 500 Yoga Teacher.

For over 18 years, I've been immersed in healthcare and the study of holistic well-being. Along the way, I've also navigated my own health challenges, life transitions and personal growth journey—experiences that have shaped not only who I am, but how I coach.

  • Born with health challenges due to an addict mother, I grew up navigating chronic illnesses and loads of unanswered questions. When conventional medicine failed me, I turned to holistic healing, rebuilding my life through nutrition, somatic work and mindfulness / mental health practices.

    This journey taught me that healing is possible with commitment, self-discovery and a whole-body approach. Today, I guide others in reconnecting with their authentic selves, addressing various barriers and creating sustainable well-being through personalized coaching.

    Through both my professional and personal experiences, I've learned that true well-being isn't about perfection, quick fixes, or having all the answers. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, reconnecting with what matters most and creating sustainable habits that support your unique needs and goals.

    My work is especially meaningful for those navigating chronic stress, health challenges, burnout, major life transitions, or seasons where they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. I believe our thoughts, emotions, physical health, daily habits, relationships and environment are all connected and lasting change happens when we take the whole person into account.

    My coaching approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion and partnership. I don't believe you need fixing. I believe you already possess incredible strengths and wisdom within you. My role is to provide support, guidance, accountability and a safe space as you uncover what's holding you back and move toward a life that feels more aligned, meaningful and fulfilling.
