Yummy Granola
This recipe is gluten, soy, dairy, corn, egg free!
(gf, sf, df, cf, ef)
Ingredients:
Dry
1 1/2 cups gf oat flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
2 tsp gf, sf, cf baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
Wet
2/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
Put parchment paper on a large cooking sheet. Set aside.
In a small sized bowl whisk together the maple syrup, and coconut oil. I
In a separate medium sized bowl add the oat flour, brown rice flour, baking powder & cinnamon. Make sure it is evenly mixed & lump free.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry. Stir until evenly mixed.
Pour mix onto parchment paper.
Bake for 7 minutes, until lightly browned on top. Stir/mix & put back into the over for another 7 min.
Pull the tray from the oven. Remove the parchment paper from the cooking sheet and let cook for 5 minutes.
Put this over your own apple crisp, apple sauce or homemade banana ice- cream!
Notes:
You can take gf oats & blend them in a blender to get oat flour. This is what I use!
