Yummy Granola

This recipe is gluten, soy, dairy, corn, egg free!

(gf, sf, df, cf, ef)

 

Ingredients:

Dry

  • 1 1/2 cups gf oat flour

  • 1/2 cup brown rice flour

  • 2 tsp gf, sf, cf baking powder 

  • 2 tsp cinnamon 

Wet

  • 2/3 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp melted coconut oil 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C. 

  2. Put parchment paper on a large cooking sheet. Set aside. 

  3. In a small sized bowl whisk together the maple syrup, and coconut oil. I

  4. In a separate medium sized bowl add the oat flour, brown rice flour, baking powder & cinnamon. Make sure it is evenly mixed & lump free. 

  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry. Stir until evenly mixed. 

  6. Pour mix onto parchment paper. 

  7. Bake for 7 minutes, until lightly browned on top. Stir/mix & put back into the over for another 7 min. 

  8. Pull the tray from the oven. Remove the parchment paper from the cooking sheet and let cook for 5 minutes. 

  9. Put this over your own apple crisp, apple sauce or homemade banana ice- cream! 

Notes: 

  1. You can take gf oats & blend them in a blender to get oat flour. This is what I use!
